At AT Home Glassware, we take great care in packing and shipping our glassware. However, due to the fragile nature of our products, we understand that breakage or defects may occasionally occur. Please review our policy below:
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide photo evidence of the damage/defect
Returns for reasons other than damage or defects (such as change of mind or incorrect sizing) are not accepted at this time.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a refund/replacement.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- You will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If a product is still in stock, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. This will be communicated during the return approval process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved:
- In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
- You will not be responsible for additional costs unless specified otherwise.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 2 hours, we may have already begun processing, packing, or shipping your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

Late Cancellation Requests

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are made to order and begin production immediately.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
